Join Laura and Jamie for a rejuvenating weekend of Spiritual Empowerment at the beautiful Elohee Center. This retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength and gain tools to feel empowered in everyday life. Through Reiki, Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Shamanic ceremony, art, journaling, and peaceful hikes in nature, you’ll nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to carry a deeper sense of balance and empowerment into your daily world.

This is an all inclusive retreat!
All lodging, fresh local food, Yoga, Breathwork, Meditations, Sound bath, Shamanic ceremony, Art therapy & guided nature hikes are included in the price of your stay!
Massages can be booked for an additional fee through Elohee!

A $300 deposit is required to reserve your space. The full balance must be paid no later than 5 days prior to the retreat start date.

2pm Arrival - Take it all in, get settled and ready to relax.
4-5pm Creative Expression Time - Art Therapy
5-6pm Elohee Orientation
6-7pm Dinner
7-8pm Shamanic shower by the waterfall - Releasing Ceremony
8-9:15pm Intention setting ceremony, Meditation & Restorative Yoga
Saturday-
7:30am Breath work
8-9am Breakfast
9-10am Guided Morning Hike
10-11:45am Yoga & Soundbath with Reiki
12-1pm lunch
1-4pm Break for Elohee massages & Reiki sessions with Laura or Jamie, explore on your own or rest & reflect
4-5pm Vision board Values - Creative Expression Art Therapy
5-6pm Shamanic Ayni Despacho Ceremony - Calling in our dreams & desires
6-7pm Dinner
7-8pm Relax and connect by the fire - Ceremonial burning of the Ayni Despacho
8-9pm Yoga Nidra- end the night in relaxation

Jamie is a Reiki Master, Life coach, Yoga & Tai Chi instructor and Hypnosis practitioner, dedicated to holistic healing. With certifications in Breathwork & Meditation, Jamie offers a grounded, heart-centered approach that fosters balance, healing, and self-discovery.

Laura Gadilhe Noble E-RYT 200
Laura is a certified Yoga (200-hr, Children’s) and Reiki II teacher who helps others find balance and healing. Through yoga, Reiki, and mindfulness, she guides others to ride life’s waves with grace, presence, and trust.

The Heart - Aka - “Giggle Room”
A large room on the third floor that has sweeping views of the forest and waterfall. This room has 3 twin beds and shared bath. A good nights sleep is promised with relaxing warm wood accents.
